ICR OUTFITTERS is a second generation family owned and operated business, the company was founded in 1959 by the late Pete Durham and Mona Durham of Cameron Montana. The Company is now owned and operated by Wade Durham and his wife Nancy.  Wade began guiding hunters in 1968 while still in high school.  2007 was Wade's fortieth year guiding hunters.

Currently ICR OUTFITTERS operates 2 wilderness hunting camps in Montana, the Cameron, Montana Camp has been in operation since 1962; and the Lincoln, Montana Camp has been operated by Wade since 1999.  Both camps are operated on public land with the permission of the US Department of Agriculture.

Wade holds a valid Montana Outfitters License #1282, and all of the guides employed by ICR OUTFITTERS are licensed by the state of Montana. ICR OUTFITTERS is a fully licensed and insured hunting operation, and operates within the laws as outlined by The Montana Fish Wildlife & Parks and the U.S. Forest Service.

Wade along his wife Nancy,  support the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation in their quest for wildlife conservation and preservation of Elk habitat.
